1. Expanded Refund and Cancellation Policy
    At MUO and NUO, we aim for total client satisfaction. However, we maintain the following structured policy regarding financial reversals:

2.1 Cancellation of Services

Prior to Commencement: A full refund (minus a 5% administrative processing fee) will be issued if a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of booking and before any work has started.

Notice Requirement: All cancellation and refund requests must be formally submitted via email to info@nuodigitec.com.

2.2 Partial Refunds for Work in Progress

Once the project has commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis.

The Company will assess the percentage of work completed (including research, drafts, and communication time) and refund the remaining balance of the project fee.

2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Third-Party Costs: Any expenses incurred by the Company on behalf of the client (e.g., software licenses, domain registrations, or hosting fees) are strictly non-refundable.

Final Approval: No refunds will be issued once the final service delivery has been reviewed and approved by the client.

Client Delays: No refunds are provided for projects that are stalled for more than 30 days due to client inactivity.

2.4 Processing and Reimbursement

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Credits will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
