1. Detailed Terms and Conditions
    1.1 Introduction and Scope
    These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between MUO and NUO (“the Company”), located at Flat No.G/2, 2nd Floor, Shiv Kumar Asthali Apartment, Mango, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 831012, and the client (“the User”). By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

1.2 Service Delivery and Modifications

Project Scope: Services are strictly provided based on the specific requirements and “Statement of Work” agreed upon at the time of booking.

Communication Channels: To maintain a seamless workflow, users must provide and maintain accurate contact information, including primary phone numbers (95234 13355, 89868 51517) and a valid email address (info@nuodigitec.com).

Amendments: Any requests for changes to the service scope after the project has commenced must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

1.3 User Obligations and Deliverables

Data Provision: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary data, digital assets, and approvals required to complete the service within the stipulated timeline.

Timeline Shifts: The Company is not liable for project delays resulting from a client’s failure to provide feedback or materials. Any such delay will result in a day-for-day shift in the final delivery date.

Content Accuracy: The client warrants that all information provided to the Company is accurate and that they own the rights to any materials provided for the project.

1.4 Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full and final payment, the rights to the specific final deliverables shall transfer to the client.

Usage Rights: The Company retains the right to use non-confidential snippets of the completed work for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

MUO and NUO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

1.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Jharkhand, India.

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the district of East Singhbhum.
